Giggles and Smiles Nannying

Giggles and Smiles Nannying is an In-Home Childcare Service providing services for families across the Central Coast and Hunter Regions of NSW, Australia.

Established after Director and Professional Nanny, Elle Rushton, discovered the joys and rewards that come from providing quality care for families in the home environment. With a background previously as a Childcare Centre Director, Elle was inspired to bring a more structured and professional approach to her role as a Nanny. Finding that the industry could be very isolating, Elle felt motivated to connect with fellow Nannies, offering support and mentoring.

Giggles and Smiles Nannying is committed to providing quality care and support for families while encouraging play based learning experiences for children. Whilst we do follow the Early Years Learning Framework for guidance, our Programme is based on children's individual interests and developmental needs.

We believe that play is a key aspect of children’s learning and development. As well as providing care for children in the home environment, our Nannies focus on supporting children’s learning and developmental stages through play based experiences and intentional teaching planned around each child’s individual needs and interests.
